GRRRLTRAVELER LLC – Terms & Conditions

Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and use of coaching, consulting, audit services, digital courses, and materials (“Services”) offered by GRRRLTRAVELER LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “Coach”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “Participant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
GRRRLTRAVELER LLC provides professional coaching, consulting, audits, digital courses, and materials designed to educate, guide, and support creators in growing their channels, businesses, or personal skills. Services may include:
• One-on-one coaching, consulting sessions and packages
• YouTube channel and brand audits
• Access to digital courses, materials, templates, or resources
• Group sessions, workshops, or online events
Services are experiential, time-based, and intangible, and may be delivered live, recorded, or via digital access.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and participate in Services. By purchasing, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this Agreement.
3. Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a separate payment plan is agreed upon.
Non-Refundable: All Services are non-refundable once scheduled, accessed, or delivered, except as explicitly stated in writing in this Agreement. Refunds may only be requested within 24 hours of purchase and before any personalized services, strategies, or materials are delivered.
Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction with results or lack of implementation does not constitute grounds for refund.
4. Acknowledgment of Services & Chargeback Policy
By purchasing Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Services are rendered once any of the following occur:
a) Attendance at a scheduled session (in whole or in part)
b) Access to reserved coaching/consulting time
c) Delivery of strategic guidance, feedback, or consultation
d) Access to materials, recordings, or other resources
Services are time-based and intangible, and dissatisfaction with results does not equal non-delivery.
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for Services that have been rendered constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
You agree to contact GRRRLTRAVELER LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute with a payment processor or financial institution.
This Agreement may be used as evidence of service delivery in payment disputes with Stripe, PayPal, or other financial institutions.
5. Intellectual Property
All Services, materials, courses, and content are copyrighted and proprietary. You may access materials for personal use only. You may not copy, sell, distribute, share, or repurpose any materials without written permission. All intellectual property rights remain with GRRRLTRAVELER LLC. Unauthorized use may result in legal action, including injunctive relief.
6. Use of Services
You agree to participate honestly and actively in all coaching, consulting, or group sessions. You understand that results are dependent on your engagement, effort, and application. You agree not to disrupt sessions or interfere with other participants’ experience.
7. Termination
GRRRLTRAVELER LLC reserves the right to terminate your participation in Services at our sole discretion for disruptive behavior, failure to follow guidelines, or violation of this Agreement. Termination does not release you from any outstanding payments owed.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Services are educational and advisory in nature; they do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.
You agree that GRRRLTRAVELER LLC is not responsible for your implementation, outcomes, or decisions based on the Services. In no event shall GRRRLTRAVELER LLC be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability for any claim related to Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in question.
9. Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or Services must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii. You consent to personal jurisdiction in Hawaii and waive objections to venue, including claims of inconvenience.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GRRRLTRAVELER LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Payment Processor & Dispute Authorization
You acknowledge that payments are processed through third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) and authorize GRRRLTRAVELER LLC to provide this Agreement, session records, scheduling logs, emails, and access data as evidence in the event of a dispute.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and GRRRLTRAVELER LLC regarding Services. It supersedes all prior communications and agreements, written or oral.
13. Acceptance
By purchasing, enrolling, or accessing Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
