Why This International Trip Expense Tracker Spreadsheet Exists
Travel expenses add up fast, especially for solo travelers, international travelers and content creators managing multiple trips.
This international trip budget tracker template helps you track every cost clearly, so you know exactly where your money goes before, during, and after a trip. Whether you’re planning a vacation, a long-term international trip or producing content on the road, this travel expense tracker gives you real and converted numbers.
Why I made this to track your travel expenses
As a traveler, this started out as a budget tracker for my general trip expenses.
But being a travel content creator, I eventually found I needed to gain an accurate expense account for my individual and annual trips to assess where my profits/losses were with specific content. Additionally, as my content business expenses can overlap with personal travel, I needed to be able to separate my expense categories for tax season.
I needed a budget tracker that could meet the need and demand for both my lives.
