The Creator Rate Card Framework

For creators & video freelancers who need a confident way to package, negotiate and protect their bandwidth.

When a Brand Asks for Your Rates, Send This Instead!

Brands don’t usually lowball you outright.
They overload the scope of work with excessive deliverables that keep asking you for more and more...

This framework fixes that.

The Creator Rate Card Framework helps you structure your pricing so you control the conversation, protect your workload, and negotiate from clarity...not pressure.

This is not about telling you what to charge.
It’s about how you present what you already charge.

What This Tool Actually Does

This Excel-based framework helps you:

• Present your deliverables in clear, tiered packages
• Anchor negotiations around scope instead of price
• Make “extra requests” visibly expensive
• Stop brands from cherry-picking deliverables
• Position yourself as a professional partner, not a task list.

Instead of reacting to brand demands, you send options—on your terms.

Why This Works for Creators

Most creators already:

• Cross-promote their content
• Share features in Stories, newsletters, social media
• Stack their theplatforms naturally

This framework simply formalizes what you already do into a professional rate card that brands can understand and respect.  You're not promising performance metrics; no engagement guarantees.

Just clear deliverables and controlled scope.

What’s Included

• Excel Rate Card / Package Builder
• Example package structures (creator + video freelancer use cases)
• One-page scope creep guardrail
• Copy-ready script for sending your packages to brands

Just plug in your numbers and send with confidence.

What this is not

• A course on how much to charge
• A pricing calculator
• A mindset or “know your worth” lesson
• A guarantee of brand deals

This tool structures negotiation. Your rates are already yours.

Who this is for... And not!

creators and video freelancers already getting brand inquiries who need a clean way to package, negotiate, and protect scope.

Not for beginners who want someone to tell them what to charge or guarantee deals.

Christine Kaaloa

I’m a video storyteller, a female solo travel content creator, an influencer and your Youtube mentor!

I know how lonely and frustrating it can be to grow a YouTube channel. It took me years to master YouTube through trial and error and the biggest things it cost me were TIME and a PERSONAL LIFE!

Had I known what I know now, I would have accelerated and monetized much quicker. I'm here to give you a personal roadmap to YouTube, so you can spend a bit more time doing what you love and profiting from it. But here's the thing- YouTube is a marathon; not a sprint.

There's a basic reality and honest level of work to becoming a successful creator on YouTube. As a coach, I love guiding success-bound creators who seek to embrace their channel/audiences fully, are eager to take action and know that success involves a fundamental level of effort.

If you hope that by hiring me, I will help you grow your channel magically and through osmosis, while you do nothing--  I am not for you.

I was a TV producer with a career in New York, filming and producing popular reality shows with MTV, Food Network, Yahoo, BET, CBS. I was living a jet-set life and paid to travel... until the economy fell and I remade my life as a travel blogger and YouTuber from Hawaii.

I grew my authority as an award-winning blogger, and am the first female solo travel YouTube channel to empower solo travelers around the world .  I've work with tourism boards and brands like SanDisk, Airbnb Experiences, Mazda, Facebook, Ctrip. Today, I am also invited to speak at content creator industry conferences such as TravelCon, Women in Travel Summit, and by the U.S. Embassy in Nepal.
